The Shattock Schoole of Defence is based out of Iowa City, Iowa, and has a total of 11(?) members. I couldn't even imagine picking a favourite, because they're all a faboo bunch!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SWISHY POKE PEOPLE AND WENCHES INVADE THE MALL?

Let me start off by saying that Shattock is the group I've always wanted to be a member of...even when I didn't know they existed. I spent 3 years as a member of a troupe that did historical reenactment, and while that was fun and I learned a lot, I always wanted to make it more entertaining. Sure, we could live the way they would have at a 14th century English encampment, but why couldn't we make it FUN!? So, I put in my time and did the serious role and did some live steel choreography and learned live steel combat myself. My inner performer was screaming to get out...and I think Shattock is exactly where my performer self would have wound up had I not found the Washer Well Wenches.

That being said, I'll let you know that the WWW's decided to hook up with Shattock on Sunday afternoon for a luncheon in Iowa City at Old Country Buffet. We took a few pictures...wanna see? Good! Here we go...

	The line was long, but no one really cared. Sure, it didn't help that we were all starving and there were members of Shattock already inside EATING, but we're not bitter...much...
Here you can see the hammy members of Shattock with the hammy members of the Washer Well Wenches in the back. Let's see if I can do this from memory. On the left side front to back: Phaedra, Nate, Heather, Nancy?, Dieter and that breast-laden redheaded wench, Lindsy. On the right side front to back: Jason, ACK! I can't remember!, Stephanie, David, Jennifer & Marci. That's not so bad...only forgot one name!
	Okay, take the above listing of people and just run it backwards...oh, and the little ones on the right are my sons and the little girl on the left is Jennifer's.
Poor Jason can't eat his ice cream cone in peace. JP will only pick on sword guys when a large table is between them and the sword guy is holding an ice cream cone instead of steel.
